We only ask you for a copy of your ID and bank card if you are going to work via us. Without the copies, we cannot pay you your salary. Pay attention: a driver’s license does not count as a copy of your ID.

If you are allowed to follow a training via HeE!Werkt, we will draw up a Training Agreement together. This will contain the name and a description of the training, as well as agreements about the payment arrangement. The amount of your (possible) personal contribution depends on the total course costs and how long you will be working for HeE!Werkt.

To determine what will be your salary, we look at your job group first. This will be determined on the basis of three job features: the type of job you do, the knowledge, experience and skills you need for the job and the degree of independence you work in.

At HeE!Werkt we care about your privacy. This means we handle your personal details confidential and with care according to the applicable privacy legislation.

In our privacy declaration we explain to you in detail how we handle your personal details.

Do you have an employment agreement without agency clause? Then the legal notice period applies to you.
